FAQs
How many people can fit in an igloo?
Each igloo fits up to six guests comfortably — just right for a cozy get-together with family or friends.
How do reservations work?
Reservations start every hour on the hour beginning at 12 PM and last for 55 minutes. That gives us time to tidy up and get your igloo sparkling for the next group. Arrive on time — your session begins promptly! Want a little extra igloo time? You can book two back-to-back slots if availability allows (just use a different email for the second booking through OpenTable).
Is Igloo Garden on the Green only open in the evening?
Nope! We’re open for lunchtime fun from 12–4 PM. Come enjoy a midday break, a cozy lunch date or even an unconventional business meeting.
Is food or drink provided?
Igloo Garden is a bring-your-own-takeout adventure! There’s no restaurant service included, so come prepared your favorite takeout or pack a picnic from home.
Can we bring alcohol?
Sorry — no alcohol (or smoking or weapons) are allowed inside the igloos.
Are pets allowed?
We love our furry friends, but this event is just for humans. Please leave pets at home for this one.
What is your cancellation policy?
Since Igloo Garden on the Green is a fundraiser supporting the Upper Merion Area Community Cupboard (UMACC), we can’t offer refunds for cancellations. If your plans change, feel free to gift your reservation to a friend or family member!
What happens if the weather is bad?
No need to worry — our igloos have you covered (literally)! Each one is enclosed and comes with a space heater to keep things nice and toasty. Just remember, it might not be as warm as being indoors, especially on extra chilly days, so layering up is always a good idea. On sunny days, they can get pretty warm inside. And rain or snow? No problem. You’ll stay dry and cozy while you enjoy your igloo experience!
Does my reservation support a good cause?
Yes! Every reservation helps spread holiday cheer by supporting the Upper Merion Area Community Cupboard (UMACC).
Who puts this event on, and can they bring it to my town?
This event is an annual fundraiser produced by King of Prussia District and does not travel.
I still have questions. Who can I contact?
We’re happy to help! Please email info@kopbid.com.
